Rock Your Community

Our relationship with God, is an individual matter, but people are not islands.

God tells us to act in community and the act as a community

To seek healing for our country, our communities, our churches, our families and ourselves

There are times when we act on our own, such as in reguards to our personal relationship with God. Then there are times we act united with others. In 'earthly matters, a matter must be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses. When Jesus adressed 'Heavenly matters" he said: "I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven. For where two or three come together in my name, there am I with them."

Fasting and prayer are individual and are to be united.

God's Word, instructs us first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone-for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. This is good, and pleases God our Savior, who wants all men to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth.

If we are to pray and fast for good government, then what is good government? 'He who rules over men [must be] just, Ruling in the fear of God.

If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

When Jehosophat's army came to the place where they were to meet the enemy, all they found were dead bodies No one had escaped. Not a single member of Jehosophat's army was harmed, and it took 3 days to carry off the equipment, clothing and articles of value.
